"This room is missing a wall" I have built four houses, all of which the 6x10 dimension with the door, chair, light source, door, and walls (or so I thought), and it continues to tell me that the house is missing a wall. Because of the way wall works with rich mahogany it is hard to tell sometimes. redn2000 • 6 yr. ago If you have some extra wall in your inventory and turn on smart cursor, it'll auto place the rest where it may be open.

1 [deleted] • 7 yr. ago "Wall" in this case isn't talking about the box of the house, but the background wall. And sadly, naturally generated backgrounds won't count as making a valid house. You'll have to remove them with a hammer - which can only be done starting at an edge, where the wall meets the farther background - and then replace them.

I would recommend trying: (1) Mine out the bottom right "corner" block of the room so that the "floor" under the furniture extends all the way to the right wall. (2) If #1 doesn't work, try putting the door/opening on the same vertical level as the floor, with no obstructions between the table/chairs and the door/opening. Hope this helps!
